Ekomet machines
The Ekomet machine produces a very CHEAP filling and cushioning material by recycling used cardboard boxes from supplies delivery or from the market. The savings resulting from using this machine are vast, can even amount to 90%.
EKOfilling is a perfect alternative for foamed polystyren granulate, bubble wrap, bags filled with air, etc. Its main advantages are low cost, universality and ecological character.
The machine produces TWO TYPES OF FILLING: three-dimensional and flat.
three dimensional - pre-formed material significantly facilitates the process of packing by eliminating manual forming; it also has better cushioning properties;
flat mats - notched mats, useful when wrapping or interlaying products (eg.: bottles, plates).
